- HR Business Process Consultant Purpose of the Position:The purpose of the position is to redesign HR Business Processes for integration with SAP HR application functionality, working with the HR Teams at client companies to produce a Business/ HR oriented Business Blueprint for new SAP implementations as well as current SAP implementations 1. Collate and study relevant information of the client company pertaining to the specific project, such as Human Capital Management Strategies, Human Resources Delivery Model and Channels, Human Resources Policies and Procedures, Corporate Policies, Standard Operating Procedures as well as any documented Human Resources Business Processes, as well as HR applications (computer-based information systems); 2. Liaise with the Project Manager allocated to the project to ensure compliance with project plans, deliverables, governance, quality measures as well as logistical arrangements; 3. Prepare and educate the HR Teams at the clients in respect of the model, methodologies, toolsets and workshop procedures that will be utilised in the HR Business Process Redesign workshops; 4. Ensure that all the necessary logistical arrangements have been taken to ensure that the workshops will take place as planned; 5. Facilitate the redesign of HR Business Processes during workshops with clients involving the SAP functional consultants allocated to the workshops, and use the Best Practice HR Business Processes Template; 6. Facilitate the redesign of HR Business Processes during workshops with clients, using the Best Practice HR Business Processes Template embedded within the Nimbus 2007 Business Process Management software; 7. If preferred by the client, analyze the current-state HR Business Processes prevalent within the current HR department at the client; 8. Document the new process designs and business processes flow diagrams as determined by the HR Process Owners and their Teams; 9. Present the documented, redesigned HR Business Processes to the HR Process Owners and get their approval and sign-off on the redesigned HR processes; 10. Hand-over the approved HR Business Processes to the SAP functional consultants and assist, if suitable, with the development of the Detailed Functional Specification (DFS) that are a derivative of the approved redesigned processes; Assist the members of the various HR Process Teams to adopt to the redesigned processes and way of work in HR, as well to use the functionalities within the Nimbus 2007 Business Process Management functionalities
