Job Description

 We are looking for support technician to take on the day to day tasks of responding to SLA agreements and support calls. They would need to have excellent communication skills, be willing to go the extra mile and have excellent technical skills. A valid drivers license and own car is essential.

Desired Experience

 Skills required: * An excellent knowledge of microsft operating systems. * Basic database knowledge for MSSQL and MySQL * A good knowledge of reporting systems * A good knowledge of network infrastructures and technologies
